Review Details

Overall the experience was really good but what made it lack from being great/phenomenal was some instances of misinformation where it seems like not everyone (manager, salesperson, and finance) was on the same page together. Manager would state something very different from what I had been previously informed (mind you that is after salesperson went to ask him). Also the manager told my spouse one piece of information but then turned around and deny that it was stated (luckily I had written proof). It seems to me like he prefers to make himself look good and just throw his employees under the bus which doesn���t give a good look for your company. I hope he keeps his word for one more transaction that I am still waiting on regarding my new purchase. Now on the other hand I absolutely loved the experience I had with both of your salespersons. Leo (who I interacted most with) and Marco (original POC for my spouse). Leo took a lot of time to help me understand all the bells and whistles of each car and answered every question I asked. He also stayed late into the evening to help me set up OnStar and answer more questions and complications that arose. He also took the time to check back in with me days after the sale and assist me with further purchases that I wanted to make. I am very grateful for his attentiveness.
