Confirmed Sales Customer
While I was very happy with the agreed to price, the process at the dealership was really long- over 4 hours. And the car was not ready for delivery since their detail department does not work weekends - nobody told me this before they asked me to come down to the dealership. Then after all the paperwork was done they promised that the car would be delivered by early afternoon the next day . It was not. The car was delivered after 5pm, after multiple calls to get status. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
