Confirmed Service Customer
The service was supposed to take one day. Instead it took two. I have no issue with the second day, but for the fact I was told it was only one. Plus I dropped it off the night before. There was no rider app like Uber/Lyft available to take me home or to bring me back to pickup, like before. In fact, my service advisor ignored my request for the pickup. When I dropped off some employee there told me that because I dropped it off after closing there was no ride back home.
