Confirmed Service Customer
No communication or returned phone calls. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday not knowing it was going to be kept all weekend. This Tahoe is our family car and we had baseball tournaments that weekend. I had called to see what was happening Friday and no response. I call Saturday and the weekend person Said they could not release my vehicle due to an inspection that wouldn't continue till Monday. I understood but my vehicle wasn't suppose to stay over the weekend. Come Monday I call all day to get an update leaving voice messages and no response so I show up in person at the end of the day and FINALLY get an update that the vehicle will be ready the next day. Come Tuesday no response all day. Come Wednesday I finally get a call and an update about price, shouldn't I have been notified about any increase I'm pricing along the way and not the day I'm supposed to pick it up? They did the work I wanted which was maintenance and they replaced the temp sensor and thermostat which they did a good job but communication was horrific. I don't think I will be coming back.
