Good service with battery replacement completed for Chevy bolt. Was disappointed with the high cost for the remainder of the service and difficulty to contact the service department by phone. Vehicle was returned with a full charge which was much appreciated. A quick car wash would have been an added bonus.

Went for a recall and asked them to do an alignment. It took two days to do the recall. The alignment never got done. Whoever does the alignment must lame. They stated they could not do the alignment because the tire were too big? 20's and only one size taller and wider than factory 20's. Talk about incompetent. He said he heard a rattle too, the rattle is from the running boards. I glad it only took two years to get my recalled part fixed. Thanks for making it happen.

Sales rep where friendly and outgoing did a great job apparently the sales manager should stay out of the sales rep office if the customer says no it’s no! The sales manager started yelling and screaming and my son told him to relax and calm down we been there 11am - 7pm and sales manager threw a scene by clapping his hands at me and insisted after I said no so that needs to be corrected
