Took two days to close the deal on an Equinox EV, mostly due to confusion around the $500 rebate when opening a GM card. Ended up waiting around the dealer for nearly 2 hours for the staff to figure it out. Car was also delivered with a door ding on the rear passenger door. Reached out to the dealer and they want me to drop off the car to get it fixed, but I have no interest in waiting hours again to get it fixed. Ideally dealer should send a mobile paintless dent repair person to remediate this.
