Confirmed Service Customer
Two comments: 1. The service provider is particularly unfriendly. It's uncommon these days to find service providers who don't know how to present themselves in friendly, approachable ways. 2. This is even more important: I just learned that messages I receive from your service department are from bots, who answer as if they're real people. i sent a number of messages to your "bots" that never got the response they promise because I have heard that the service department and the sales department are separate entities. Your bot told me twice they'd pass information along to a sales representative. The sales representative told me he never received anything from the service department. I'm giving you the lowest mark possible for using computers to represent you who apparently don't do what they claim to do.
