Frances called me with updates on my car repair which I appreciated. Originally, I thought the car repair would take 2-3 weeks; I was delighted when he called me yestesday to say I could pick the car up after only 1 week. He arranged a loaner car from Hertz which I returned to Steward Chevy which was convenient.
