The service portion was good, but the check engine light experience was horrible. I brought the truck to your dealership for a diagnosis of the check engine light, and was informed that the parts were going to be over $1200, and that there was a national back order for the specific part. The back order issue was true, however, I ordered the part from Mopar Factory Parts cost a total of $699.91. Why does the parts department nearly double the price of the part? On top of that, I received the part this past Friday, and installed it for about $1500 less than was quoted by your service writer. I will be taking all of my companies fleet vehicles to another dealership going forward.
