Communication with my agent was not what I expected. I had to be the one reaching out to get status of my car. My car was left with no gas with the check gages light on, my car was at half full when I dropped it off and I turned my meter to zero and it was driven more then just in the lot. I brought to the agents attention and she brushed it off without any type of investigation. The least the agent could have done was to notified me it was at zero so I can bring gas or when it was low to call me to take it to the gas station, thankfully I was able to make it to the gas station without any damage to my engine. Very unsatisfied with all her service but at least my issue was fixed.
