Check in was good but it seem to take a long time to have the car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. Got a call that car was done after the time frame quoted.

Friendly and helpful in getting the truck I wanted and the price as well. Breaking down the cost so I could easily see each line item was appreciated. The process did not take too long. And even though filling up my 2500 diesel wasn���t a part of the deal, the manager still gave it to me the next day when I went in to drop off items for my trade in vehicle. The otd price was actually lower than what I had calculated from online invoice prices.

Aliya, our sales person, provided outstanding customer service. Patient, knowledgeable, kind & courteous. She went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were well taken care of. We only came in to look at paint colors and left with a new Silverado. She is a very good salesperson. I also had a tonneau cover installed in your service department, both Mailna & Rachel were excellent, professional and extremely courteous. Aliya, Mailna & Rachel all deserve commendation.

David was very rude to my husband and myself when we first brought the car in. He seemed irritable that we did not know what was wrong with our car as there were no ���error codes���. He seemed annoyed that we didn���t realize the car would be at the dealership for mult days for the services yet took no effort to actually explain this to us. We were told we would receive an update regarding our car yet after three days of no contact i had to reach out myself for the update. Jimmy the engine person was very kind to us however which was the only good part of our experience with the dealership. After this I most likely won���t be returning for services.
